Our Scholarship Committee contacts with representatives from the local High Schools. They screen applications and hold auditions. In past years nine (9) to twelve (12) students have applied. Each then appears for an audition. Qualified students are awarded a Charlotte County Jazz Society scholarship.
Contact Scholarship Chairman, Buz Bisbano, (941) 623-0619 if you have any questions or would like additional information. We continue to seek musically qualified high school students ready to move on to college and either major or minor in music study.
